Whitchurch Carnival Fete Stall Information

Stall Fee:
10% of Stalls Net Profits for 3m by 3m pitch for Independant Stalls. Stall holders must bring their own table, chairs and gazebo.

Type of stalls
The stalls are a mixture of local crafts, gifts, foods and community groups and businesses.

More about the Fete
The Fete is the destination place for the Whitchurch Town Carnival. There will be all types of stalls in the Primary School Playing Field as well as rides, coconut shy, BBQ, Beet tent, Live Music, Refreshments, Ice Cream van and many more attractions. The Carnival and Fete attract around 2000 visitors and is busy family fun day for everyone to enjoy.

Location of stalls
All stalls will be located outdoors on a grass field. Stall holder must bring their own table, chairs and gazebo.

Festival Membership
Holding a stall at the Fete will automatically add you to the Whitchurch Festival Membership. It is completely free and allows us to keep in contact with you on the Festivals events and news.
