Whitchurch Festival Association Good Cause Awards,

We are very please to announce the following successful applications for Good Cause Awards are as follows:

1: Whitchurch Association applied for funsing to subsidise subsidise ticket entry for a 50's style Tea Party to be held in the Bank Holiday jubilee week. We have awarded them £50.

2: The Whitchurch Grind Fest Team applied for funding towards their event in the Bank Holiday Jubilee Weekend. We have awarded them £100.

3: Whitchurch Youth Project applied for funding to purchase materials and equipment for art projects including their entry to the Whitchurch Town Carnival. We have awarded them £200.

4: Rising 5's applied for funds to purchase 2 cameras for the children to use as part of their classroom activities. We have awarded them £150.

5: Newbury Special Needs Youth Club applied for funds to support transportation to and from Whitchurch for the members from our community. We have awarded them £50

6: Whitchurch History Society applied for funding to cover the hall hire and other items associated with putting on a history day at the GNC commemorating the visit of Princess Elizabeth before she became Queen. We have awarded them £50
